"I found it difficult to get accurate financial information from the front desk. Maybe they didn't want me to change my mind due to the several thousands of dollars they were going to charge me. I was also required to pay out of pocket for some fancy x-ray not covered by insurance. Is it strange that they also took and used billable x-rays of my teeth? Maybe that new machine isn't as good as they think or is a money grab. Also, the dentist working on my treatment only works a few hours one day a week. I took off work for the 1st visit thinking it was going to take a couple hours. I didn't realize subsequent visits would all also need to be done on his single day between 7:30 and 1:30 which wasn't convenient for me. I'd recommend asking about hours before starting an implant procedure. The hygienists were nice and explained what was going to happen at each visit."

"I give Endodontic Center 5 stars! Marie Hoyo was awesome and so knowledgeable! She explained everything in the X-ray so that I understood what the issues were with my teeth and how she planned to fix them. She also gave me real scenarios of what could potentially happen once she dug into my tooth for the root canal. The dental assistants and office staff were great also. I have my root canal scheduled for tomorrow so if things change, I will write another post. I highly recommend this place for root canals."
