The staff is super friendly and were very accommodating during the whole experience. I had my second root canal and I was a bit nervous/anxious since my first one was traumatizing because the root was so inflamed and they maxed me out on novocaine (different place).The doctor was very informative and kind and walked me through the whole process before, during, and after. "The full staff from front office through to the dentist are welcoming, kind, and professional. Obviously the best thing you can do is make sure you maintain a regular schedule of cleanings and visits to your dentist but even if you've let your schedule slip they work with you to get everything back in order in a kind and positive manner. I'm a new patient with only 1 visit so far but they were ready for me right on time and sent all the new patient paperwork ahead of time making the first visit a very smooth experience. I came to my first appointment with all the paperwork already filled out, handed it in, and was sitting in the chair for my x-rays, images, and cleaning within 5 minutes.
