"I went to another Dental Practice in the city for dentures less than 4 years ago. Not only was this other practice shut down shorty after for Malpractice, Mass Health Fraud & Medicaid Fraud but the top plate of my dentures completely broke in half within 3 years of receiving them.They were way too small, looked completely fake and ruined my physical health, my looks & started to affect my mental health too. Mass Health only pays for dentures every 7 years so I then had to start a lengthy fight with the Commonwealth of Mass for new teeth, which ultimately required a hearing. Once I FINALLY won the hearing (which was NOT easy!). I did A LOT of research on other Dental Practices in Boston that took Mass Health & made dentures. I was pleased with the reviews at West Broadway Family Dental so I started going there. Honestly, my experience with ALL the staff as well as the work I had done FAR EXCEEDED anything that I expected. Every single staff member there is extremely friendly & professional! Dr. Wu was the Dentist who did all my dental work & she was BEYOND AMAZING!!! I am terrified of the dentist, however she was friendly, explained everything to me every step of the way & I NEVER felt any pain at all. That's the ONLY DENTIST I can say that about in approx 48 years of going to dentists. That ENTIRE PRACTICE IS EXCEPTIONAL & I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! I FINALLY have a BEAUTIFUL SMILE Again, have been receiving so many compliments & I have West Broadway Dental to thank for it. I was completely impressed with all of their staff, the work I had done & definitely the results from start to finish!! THANK YOU ALL WEST BROADWAY FAMILY DENTAL!!!"

"This was the worst dentist I have ever been to! They pulled a tooth they didn’t have to and their mannerisms are horrible, they said things to make me feel bad about the problems with my teeth. The dentist left many bits of teeth in my gums when pulling the tooth that another dentist needed to fix. I would NEVER go back there even if they were the only choice!"

"I am rating this place a 3 stars due to a generally good overall experience. The quality of service provided was satisfactory; however, there were significant scheduling errors on three occasions. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly blamed for these errors, despite not being the one canceling. Unfortunately, when I brought up these issues with the front desk, the response was less than professional, displaying an unhelpful attitude. Improvements in scheduling accuracy and a more customer-focused approach during conflicts would enhance the overall satisfaction for future visits."
