"On july 17 I called central square smiles for emergency care and they didn't help me they just told me that they didn't have a space to see me, then they offered me, an appointment in 3 week even though i told them it's an emergency, they didn't help me,I'm a client of this dental clinic for more than 20 year I always felt satisfied with its services but today with the new administration I am not satisfied with the customer services' this is not with the aim of discrediting anyone I just want to point out so that they do their job better A SUGGESTION"

"i really wanted to like this family owned dental office. however there were too many factors that made me seek dental care elsewhere. from the receptionist not scheduling the appointments properly to the quality of care. first things first , dental work is such a intimate, sensitive experience. they’re not the best when it comes to making you feel better about your teeth. there’s almost a feeling and undertone of being mocked. especially when the dentist makes comments like “ no more dental work”. as if that’s something some folks can control fully. there’s no education on how to up keep or care for your teeth. it lacks preventative care conversations. also you would assume since it is in a very cultural environment that they would be culturally competent. during my cleaning the hygienist referred to my locs as “ that thing on your head “. side conversations as they’re working in your mouth. they can do so much better with how they interact with their customers. especially if they consider them to be family. as someone who has managed customer service in the past. it’s giving 1/10. if you’re someone like myself who has had an extensive amount of dental work and need dentist who are willing to take time to introduce themselves, explain procedures, respect your time and honor appointments that are made, assist in preventive care and not make you feel uncomfortable. this isn’t the dental office for you."
