"I visited this office for well over 10 years. The staff was usually considerate and explained everything in a professional and understanding approach. The new desk staff are dishonest! They contacted me with… your benefits will end by years end so please come in and use your benefits. When I arrived they rushed me in for exams and x-rays and then followed up with we don’t accept your insurance and wanted me to pay out of pocket! I felt that odd and called the insurance on the phone while in the chair in spite of their protests. Insurance said i was covered and I scheduled another emergency appointment for needed care they required a $200 deposit since they stated my insurance didn’t coverage the procedure. After that appt I called my insurance company to make sure they next appt would be covered which they said it would be. Upon returning to the office I recorded the conversation and procedure to make sure they didn’t try to commit fraud which they keep trying to submit the procedure as a surgery when it was not at all! The desk admin keep trying convince me it was something my insurance didn’t cover. It wasn’t till i had the dentist explain that it wasn’t a surgery in order to get them to change the code and submit for the actual and correct treatment received! Honestly it was disgusting to see them try to take advantage of a patient that has been going there for so long! They don’t care about your well being then only care about getting you for as much money as they possibly can even if it means defrauding their patients. I went to another dentist and they refused to provide my records so I couldn’t get care somewhere else and can cause further pain and suffering! Don’t go here they’re not honest or considerate to the patients well being!"

"I booked my appointment online and confirmed my appointment prior to coming into office. When I got there they took me in and took X-rays without collecting information. As a new patient I didn’t think it was unusual when they took the X-rays. After those were complete, they asked me my information they told me that they took the X-rays under the wrong patient name and told me my appointment was cancelled and the dentist was no longer in the office. They told me they couldn’t use those X-rays for my next appointment because it wasn’t under my name. I came back again the next week for what I thought was a cleaning but it was just and introduction before my cleaning. I was trying to get fitted for Invisalign during the appointment with the cleaning but they only had time to do one even when I was scheduled for both. After 3 appointments, I finally got fitted for Invisalign and a cleaning, they called telling me they had the wrong insurance on file. The insurance they had on file I never had while visiting the office. They told me they would call back when they had the correct information. After months of waiting and dozens of phone calls they still had the wrong insurance information. I finally had to switch to a new dentist. They are extremely disorganized and I was disappointed with my services."

"I went to Citi Dental to replace a temporary root canal filler with a permanent one, but the change ended up affecting my bite and caused significant wear on my teeth. Additionally, during the same visit, the dentist attempted to adjust an existing filler at my front teeth. she did a subpar job, breaking it without informing me and then hastily patched it. Just three months later, the filler she worked on broke. I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of my dental visit, as my tooth is now in poor condition."
