"I’ve had some not so great experiences at groomers for my/family dogs. I once had an issue with a family dog being crated so long they soiled themselves at a pet-store groomer. The next groomer for my corgi lacked communication/phone responsiveness for booking appointments. In all fairness, Sam’s Dapper dog was the third groomer I’ve been to. I traveled about 20 miles based on vibes alone after meeting Sam at a rescue event for the Live Free Dog rescue. Our Corgi is temperamental and doesn’t enjoy grooming or having his paws touched. I guess it’s a corgi- thing. I dropped off our boy at 3 and he was ready by 4. He wasn’t crated and was in great spirits at pickup. Communication and ease of communication was top notch. Price was fantastic and he left looking fantastic! He even let her cut his hairy grinch toes. 100% Worth the 20 mile drive. I think we found *the one* Thank you Sam!"

"I had hesitations about bringing my 3 Doodles to a new groomer, for a while I was just trimming and shaving my dogs at home, (a lot of people aren’t fans of grooming doodles) I had stumbled on SDD instagram page and almost immediately contacted her. I have a 4 year old mini golden doodle who love rolling around in dirt/water. A 1.5 year old mini bernedoodle who’s a bit mouthy when you try to touch his feet/face for trimming. And their 5 month old puppy who’s a bernedoodle/golden doodle mix. I’m sure you can imagine the chaos in my house but they are so fun! I explained my situation to Sam and she quickly responded and let me know that she would be able to groom all 3 pups SAME day! (Give or take on Mr Mouthy) she evaluated him the day of and he absolutely loved her, the other 2 will anything for a treat and a good belly rub. So beyond excited to support a local business. "Sam does an absolutely amazing job with my 9 year old shepherd. He has hard time standing for long periods of time but she takes breaks with him and goes slow. He always comes out looking so handsome! He loves going to see Sam! I highly recommend sam to all my friends!"
