"Unaware of the change in ownership I went in to get my regular checkup like usual where I was told I have FIVE cavities. I have not had a singular cavity before so I was confused and scheduled an appointment with another dental office to double check that was correct and they told me I had 0 cavities. 5 to 0 is a large change. I changed dentists, this office was okay hygienist wise but not as kind or caring as the last owners staff. They have also canceled my moms appointment 3 different times which is unacceptable"

"Is it possible to give 0 stars? This practice uses out of insurance network providers without telling you. They require that you pay in advance and refuse to file the claim with the insurance company as contractually required. The office staff is inefficient. I couldn't even get a form to have my records transferred to a new dentist. This used to be a good practice, now it's very difficult to get an appointment and when you do they mislead you in order to make more profit."

"In my own personal experience it’s been a Very smooth transition from Dr. Ditolla‘s practice to the new practice Centerpoint dental . The same great care and service that was provided before with new faces! Very pleasant staffing ,all around whether it is a hygienist or the office staff. Both Doctors ,they are husband and wife team ,are great ,very knowledgeable ,answer any/all questions that I had.They even explained everything in detail so I would understand what was going on with my daughter’s teeth. Appointments are quick and easy to get. My whole family goes to this practice!!! We are pleased with the level of care we get and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We appreciate the level of concern for the health of our teeth and the compassion that they show when services are being done."

"Since the new owner has taken over this practice, I have not but positive things to say. The new doctors are fantastic explaining why I need certain treatments using X-ray and cameras. My whole family comes to center point dental and they are happy as well."
