"I went in with extreme dental anxiety from previous bad experiences, both as a child, and as an adult, and was told I needed a root canal. Naturally, I was very worried about it, but the team was amazing! They explained everything to me exactly how it was going to feel before it happened. They gave me multiple options for different ways to position my mouth and my body to make it less stressful. They offered sunglasses so they lights weren’t as bright. They were very communicative and respectful the entire time and it really made the experience so much less, horrible than I expected it to be. Truly a lovely staff just working incredibly hard to make each individuals experience as stress-free and pain-free as possible. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has dental, anxiety, general anxiety, or PTSD as I do because they really take the time to make sure that you’re OK with what’s happening before it happens."
