"I purchased a Stihl backpack leave blower from this store. The first time I used it the hose kept falling off. I took it back to the store and they had left a part off. They fixed that. The second time I went to use it it ran on full throttle and wouldn’t decrease like the carburetor was stuck open. And I used the Stihl fuel. So after attempting to use this new $500 blower the 2nd time it had to go back to the store. I asked for a replacement new blower since something definitely wasn’t right with this one. I got the run around, poor customer service snd sarcasm. They had to replace the carborator (it was gummed up). How does that happen when I had only used it once and with ethanol free stihls fuel. I will never shop here again and nor will my friends and family. They should have given me a new blower."
