"The only reason I'm giving ONE star is because the office looked nice, but it was overall a bad experience. I made appointment and they called me twice asking that I reschedule. When I arrived they took x-rays of my teeth after I took off my earrings and left me in the exam room for over an hour! AN HOUR WAIT FOR A CONSULTATION. Not one person came in to give an update. Because I waited so long I forgot my earrings were in my pocket while I was twisting and turning in the dental chair. When I got home and discovered my earrings had fell out of my pocket I called but the answering service wasn't on. The next day, I called in the morning, 2 hours later the front desk ask that I wait until they HAVE TIME to look for my earrings. Cleatly this organization is more interested in making money than treating the patient. Don't waste your time."

"Dr. Zhou is pure MAGIC! Has kind kindergarten teacher patience and the most delicate touch. Best dentist I have ever had! She is really gentle, caring and a wealth of dental knowledge. I was really made me feel like a part of the planning instead of overwhelmed and anxious which, the, I thought was just a part of the normal dental experience until now of course. Erasing my 5 star reviews for past dentist cause although they were good, they cannot compare. Dr. Zhou at Prospect dental is of such a higher caliber it feels almost insulting to give another office 5 stars. The front of the house staff and the industrious Dr Zhou are just so much better! I am in the process of getting my dentist fearing friends to try and get there. Only cons are the parking, well lack there of and no Saturday hours. It is very T accessible. Right off Central Square Red Line and several bus routes"

"I won't use Prospect dental group. I don't know who called and emailed me. Receptionist was being rude even in email. Horrible customer service. To make matters worse, the receptionist's attitude in the emails was downright rude. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed in their responses. It's essential for any business, especially one in the healthcare industry, to treat potential patients with respect and kindness."

The front desk staff is exceptional, always available and helpful. It's refreshing to find a clinic that is easily reachable and answers the phone promptly. "page the secretary is vary rude to clients and she is racist. . Horrible way to run a business.. I had appointment and I was kicked out because I had a balance that I forgot and she didn't remind me. All I had the appointment and never mansions I have balance due anything to that fact on phone. She called make the appointment to emebrassed . Over is all I never go back.. she give me paperwork filled out and I couldn't see get so mad .."
