"I literally just called because I've heard good things about them. I truly think people lied! I asked if they take walk in or emergencies,no they don't which is fine, but when I asked if she could recommend a dentist or know of places that take emergencies. I got a " ughhh no I do not with a hang up". Very unprofessional in my opinion"

"I had surgery on my mouth tuesday an They give me a appointment to come back to check it friday an when I get here They telling me I have to.come back April 14 not professional at all then close the door on me like am criminal had me waiting out side I guess they scared appointment was at 930 have to wait for the dentist to get here a t 10"

"I've been with this dentistry for a long time. Coming from experience , I would recommend to find a different practice. While the people are kind and friendly it doesn't change the fact that the job doesn't get done properly. The last time I went o the them i told them it was my final time because I was looking for something that is more affordable and also something that is more knowledgeable. There's alot of dental offices that made upgrades to their office and upgrades to the way they process oral care to better educate inform and service the patient. This location doesn't change with the times & that's a negative on their part"

"I have had the worst experience ever dealing with this dentist office. The staff are not very knowledgeable they can't even get your appoinment right when they confirm it over the phone. I get to the office just to wait an hour then they tell me my appointment is for the next day. Remind you the staff called me to confirm the day before. The dentist Dr. Zane is also rude. Imagine listing to a dentist and her staff talk about other staff members so bad infront of you while working on your teeth. I have sat in the wait room and listened to how they speak and disrespect people after the staff has made appointment mistakes, or the dentist have had patients waiting for hours after their appointment. I mean I've watched a staff member have a full blown out argument with a patient over him wanting to get his dentures fixed because they were uncomfortable for him. She told the man he could go somewhere else they wouldn't care . I don't know how this dentist office is still opened they are so unprofessional its sad. I tried to make an appointment for my son who has braces and goes to a different dentist for his braces had the staff call me back after making the appointment and ask me why he cant be seen by the dentist for his braces. One if your so smart he is a orthodontist who only does braces. Now why was this a concern when he has been seeing Dr. Zane for everything else. The women told me Dr. Zane wanted her to ask me this. And told me there was not a problem when I asked why she was asking me this. I just cancelled the appointment these people are crazy at this office."
