"This has been an absolute nightmare of a dental office. I made a poor decision to have my Invisalign done here, and it has been an absolute disaster. There is absolutely zero communication between the orthodontist and dental teams. I needed my case transferred, due to an unavoidable move and have been left completely in the dark. My doctor left, the front desk staff will literally screen your calls and not respond. I have tried for months to get this resolved to no end. It’s a feeder office, which places recent grads to get their start. Avoid this office at all costs, especially if getting expensive work like Invisalign done. I’m so disappointed it’s unbelievable. $3,000 out of pocket and cannot even get a call back."
"A new office manager has settled my Uneasiness about the company! Thank you so much for that. I would not have stayed had the first office manager continued with the company. The new one has gone above and beyond to try to resolve my insurance issue. Corporate versus private practice was a leap for me. Dr. Lazari is an amazing dentist and her assistant, Louis equally amazing. I was impressed with my hygienist who was gentle but thorough and very experienced. I am actually very impressed with every member of this practice. They are a professional, yet caring group!"
"Had a 11am appointment. Got there at 10:45. I understood I would have to finish paperwork before my appointment. I was waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour. I got into the room for X-rays at 11:40. The technician taking the X-rays didn’t know how to work the machine so she attempted 5-6 times then went to ask for help. They made me switch rooms and took another 45 minutes to get the picture. I came in to have 3 teeth looked at, but the dentist looked at my X-rays and did a 5 minute examination of my mouth. When I went to the front desk to see the next appointment and the plan they set, they had a 5 phase plan to fix my entire mouth. Again, I came in for 3 teeth. The prices were too high ($15,000) and the unprofessionalism of not respecting peoples time and listening to their concerns/needs made my experience problematic. I left at almost 2 o’clock. 3 hours, 15 minutes later."
"Best experience I have ever had a dental office . The front desk helped me with my insurance and were very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Lazzari and Louise were great and explained everything, the technology here is amazing. I had my cleaning that day with Jen and she was so friendly , gentle , and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist ."
"My wife and I are new to this practice and we are thrilled. The office manager who is also the receptionist is so warm and friendly when you arrive. The technicians are great. Lewis made us feel very relaxed and explained everything very well. The dentist is amazing. She explains everything and gives you options but is not pushy. Very comfortable setting and extremely clean. We're telling our friends about it. Great place - highly recommend!"
