"I don't usually like to post negative reviews unless I truly have a negative experience that I believe others should be aware of. On Monday I had a 9 AM appointment. When I arrived, the building was locked and the lights were off. I've been calling the office all week to reschedule and understand what happened. I've left several messages for the front end manager to call me back and she has not done so. I am strongly considering cancelling all future appointments and taking my business elsewhere."
