Dr. Shipra Chadda

"Dr.chada was really nice up until the office called me to confirm an appt. They said because I didn’t answer the day prior they were canceling my appointment. I told them I booked this a week prior so I obviously was coming which oddly I would have had to pay a fee I’m sure had I not. I took time off work another time to get my wisdom teeth extracted and whoever was supposed to do it did a no call no show and I took an entire couple days off work to have done. The day I arrived to get my root cancel fixed she then says I need to remove my wisdom tooth something she never mentioned prior to the day she was upset I demanded my appointment I was obviously coming to. Her staff were all nasty other than the Hygenist who is always kind. Her dental assistant “isabel” was rude and when dr chada was injecting me she had been oddly rough. She kept indicating why I needed the wisdom tooth removed 3 times as if I hadn’t understood her the first time. I made it clear to her after the first time I understood her but clearly her attitude didn’t allow her to understand.she said I will repeat ? Point is I don’t plan on going back and although she’s cheaper I will be going elsewhere. Moreover I have been to this office since I was in the fifth grade when it was Dr.Greenberg. I’m disgusted at the hostility I received today from Dr chada and her dental assistant Isabel. I was very calm and still, she continued to be condescending. I decided to get a refund and get no services done today as a result because one thing I will not allow is for someone to work on my mouth and be hostile and ROUGH as she injected my gums asked me to open my mouth more than I could, all over some mere scheduling matter … that was very unprofessional. I later called and asked my name be taken off from reminder texts etc and my son. My family and friends a total of 6 people have gone to dr Chadda and I will surely advise them to seek an alternative as this visit was particularly ridiculous. as I am no longer a patient here. I am seeing someone in Sharon who is extremely professional and as are the staff."

"I’ve been going to Dr. Chadda since she began her practice in Hyde Park. Love her! Her staff is also great, very friendly, professional and pleasant. I have chronic illnesses that have affected my dental health. My front teeth were very discolored and literally crumbling. I went to Dr. Chadda many times in tears over my teeth. She was extremely patient, kind and understanding with me. I eventually got 6 top front crowns done by Dr. Chadda. It was very challenging and stressful, but Dr. Chadda was so skilled, and cared so much that my new crowns come out just how I wanted. As you can see in my photo, they did! I’m so very grateful to her for all the time she invested in me, and the wonderful job she did. I’ve had no problems at all since getting my crowns. I would recommend Dr.Chadda to everyone! You will not find a more caring, kind and skilled Dentist, I assure you! Thank you so much Dr.Chadda, you have given me my confidence back and there are no words adequate enough to thank you. I appreciate all that you did for me! See you at my next cleaning!"

"My visit to Dr. Shipra Chadda was great. She was very kind and friendly. Dr. Chadda explained exactly what work needed to be done on my teeth, as well as how to take care of my teeth in the future. She had me do impressions and set me up for another appointment to get new top teeth and fix my bottom teeth. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I recieved, and look forward to returning in the near future."

"Ive been going to Dr. Chadda for three years now and I love the service, everyone is super friendly and the environment is always a positive one! I started going there just because of how close it was to home literally a 5 minute walk. I have since moved to Weymouth, which isn't as close and to make life easier it would be for me to find a dentist office close to me. I am just so happy with Dr. Chadda I just stay and make the trip every three or six months. She is awesome and always smiling and laughing, you really cant beat that I would recommend everybody I know to go see her and her staff!"

"Dr. Chadda is amazing, she is flexible has the space and capacity to meet all of your dental needs. I have been referred out for a service she doesn't perform and her network partner was amazing as well. I have been a patient for the last three years, she's professional, knowledgeable and does great work. Her space is beautiful, has the best quality of tools and equipment. Dr. Chadda staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her."
