"My wife and I have been coming here for 7 years and our doctor changed about 7 times in that time. Management also changed and there’s been no continuity in dental care! My wife started her Invisalign treatment at Citidental 2 years ago and paid $5K upfront. Halfway through the treatment, the management and the doctors changed. Now the new doctors and management refuse to complete the service we paid for, blaming the old management. It’s very disappointing since we paid for the full treatment plan and are now stuck and have to restart elsewhere. We feel swindled! To make matters worse, they pulled out my wife’s tooth saying she could come back and have it replaced. Couple weeks later, the doctor changed and informed my wife they can’t do the replacement after all and we need to go elsewhere!! This dental facility used to be good, but it’s gone to the dumps through the constant changes. When the new management heard we are moving to another dental practice they assured to resolve this and get back to us. It’s now been over 4 months… and they haven’t even bothered to call back…. as expected! Take your business elsewhere!"

"Staff is nice and office is clean. My main concern here is they told me I had 2 teeth that 'are going to be cavities'. They tried to tell me I need to get them filled. It felt like they were pushing me to get it done. I went to two other dentists and they both told me I definitively do not have cavities and I should NOT get rid of enamel that is healthy. Will not be going back."
