"STAY AWAY! I came to have a tooth bonding done to repair an old chipped tooth. I decided to have my teeth whitened as well. After the consultation with Dr Vora, it was suggested to have my teeth whitened first then to come back for the bonding. After the whitening treatment didn’t really do much they offered to redo the whitening treatment the day I came in for the bonding. (Note - my invoice says I paid for at home whitening trays that I never received). We decide to re-whiten them with the expectations we would do the bonding another day. When we finished the whitening treatment we had 45 minutes left in the appointment. Dr Vora said she had enough time to do the bonding that day. She clearly didn't, but, she decide to do it anyway. My teeth looked horrible. I left with one tooth, two completely different colors and the tooth went way over the midline and was completely misshaped. I was told afterward by two other dentists you need to wait two weeks between bonding and whitening to make sure the bonding correctly adheres to the tooth. But she did them in the same day! When I left the office I booked an appointment to have my teeth fixed the following week. I asked to have it done sooner because I hated the way they looked, but they only offered me the following Thursday, a whole week later. I called another dental office and they were able to fit me in right away and they fixed my teeth. Only downside is, I had to pay again to have it done correctly. I asked for a refund but they refused. Bad business. Do not go here!"

"I was very happy with the doctor's oral exam and the staff's friendliness. However, I got a call from their reception staff almost compelling me to pay for the visit which was covered by the insurance, on grounds that the insurance has declined to pay. Strange sounding reasoning; so I asked for some time to discuss the matter with the insurance but the staff was not willing to let me do that. I had to explain several times before she agreed to let me talk to my insurance. I spent an hour on this only to find that I was right about the coverage. When I called the staff to inform this, she was rude, gave me a lecture on ethic and would still not believe me. I asked them to send the claim to insurance first, then have it processed and then get back to me if the visit is not covered, as that is the ethical thing to do. I found their calling me for payment before even submitting the claims to the insurance very strange and I don't believe it's the right way to do things."
