"My husband has been a patient of Hoye dental for many many years. We are now snowbirds. We came uo frim Florida a month ago. He made an appt withem for today because he has a bad tooth. They saud because he had nit been seen since 2019 that he would have to oay for a cleaning before they would look at his tooth. He daid ok but was not happy because he had nit seen them because we were in Florida. He made an appt for today at 10:40 am. I know for sure it was 10:40:am because he was on speaker phone. His tooth hurts. Then he got there, they said sorry your appt was for 10:00am. They would they said would have to reschedule fir sometime next week. Scew3w rhat. Thet msde the error. They suck"

"My family and I were all patients here. I had to go back twice to get their crown fixed. My MIL went back in 3 times. They also told my MIL to go elsewhere. Although, I don’t know the whole story, I do feel it is odd to kick a dedicated patient out of your practice. The staff was always friendly however and we did appreciate that."

"My last appointment Horrible experience! Complete rudeness on Dr Kathrines account - I waited 5 weeks for a appointment. The Appointment was confirmed for a crown repair the day before and morning of the appointment!- I took the day out of work 10 minutes before my appointment- I got a phone call, Dr Katherine refused to see me for my dental repair, refused to explain why, refused to even meet me at the front desk when I arrived and forced her employee(Who couldn’t apologize enough to me) to dismiss me as her patient and forced me to sign for & take my records! It was super unprofessional. I had been going to her office without any problems for 2 1/2 years! I don’t understand My whole family goes to Hoye Dental! Totally unprofessional! Beware!!! I think she is ditching her uncles patients one by one! Seriously unprofessional"

"STAY AWAY! Dr.Stephen is great, but semi-retired of retired. Dr. Kathy has been horrible for this practice. We have been a patients going back about 15 years. The turnover in office staff has resulted in ignorant, rude people who are not even competent enough to contact patients to reschedule their appointment when Dr. Kathy has a conflict. My husband had a bridge made in office approximately 3 years ago. After a year and a half, he questioned it due to discomfort. Dr.Kathy claimed it was out of any warranty period and ground down some high points. He recently found out from another dentist that his bridge($3500),was in fact cracked and needed to be replaced. He made an appointment with Dr. Kathy to confirm this diagnosis and get replacement costs. He showed up for his appointment today and was informed. rather rudely that they tried calling to reschedule his appointment but were using a phone number we had 10 years ago! At that point he let them know the previous office staff had NO PROBLEM calling us to get paid!!! Hoye dental just lost 4 more patients! such a shame, we actually paid more to see them as they were out of our insurance network! I wish Dr. Stephen ALL THE BEST! As for the rest of their staff...thanks. but no thanks."

"I have been with the Hoye Dental group since 1991. Just like all my visits, I have never been disappointed. From a cleanings to dental work, they always make me feel comfortable. I can't say enough about them. And would never go anywhere else. I trust them with my mouth."
