"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They caused me so much pain and suffering. I will never step foot in this office ever again. I ended up at Mass General facial surgery due to negligence on the dentist’s part (Easton Family Dental.) I had 6.5 months of a growing infection in my mouth, I tried calling them for help, they were rude, would not fit me in any sooner for this emergency situation. COVID is absolutely no excuse for what they’ve done to me. I am disgusted with how I was treated, especially while having a severe connective tissue disease. My surgeon in Boston even tried to call them multiple times with no response from them. It’s obvious this place just doesn’t care about their patients."
