"Ordered a medium rare cheeseburger they could not get it right in three try’s. My wife’s burger lacked flavor as well. There was a cold draft from the back room every once while. That’s because the kitchen staff would open the door and hang out there. The owner did comp my burger so thank you. Honestly there are better places to go!!!"

"Overall, I had a positive experience. I was craving a burger and onion rings, so I looked up different places and Mack's looked like a good option. I ordered the Mack's burger and onion rings, and my boyfriend ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Both of the sandwiches were delicious, but the onion rings and fries were disappointing. My onion rings were completely falling apart, and the fries were mediocre at best. However, I was happy with the service. Everyone at Mack's was nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend Mack's for a burger and chicken sandwich."

"What an outstanding meal! The meatloaf melt was so delicious and comforting. The charcuterie pizza was made perfectly. The prosciutto was in bite size pieces and crispy while the arugula never wilted. They definitely know how to bring flavor. The service was wonderful, we were able to talk to the owner and she was just lovely. A great place to stop for whatever the occasion. Can't wait to go back!"
