"I took my cat here for boarding while I went away on a trip. My cat was fine, the drop off and pick up was very easy. But, I dropped off my cat with toys, a blanket, food and a measuring cup for the food. When I picked him up I didn’t have everything he was sent with. Some of his toys were gone and so was my measuring cup. Obviously nothing valuable, but I expected to pick him up with everything he was dropped off with. And I find it annoying that I have to replace my measuring cup. Also, there was a toy that I didn’t recognize in his bag. It was super dirty with litter stuck to it. I threw it away."
"These places tend to get a bad rap and most of the time its hit or miss. I visited the grooming portion of this location and also shopped in the store and every employee I came into contact with was excellent. The groomers here are awesome and they bathed and groomed my two goldens and were informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with and communicated with me every step to make sure I knew what was going on. Plus the store portion has a lot of stuff and their prices are competitive. I would come back to this location over others any day."
"My review is specifically for Marnie from the petsmart training. She was absolutely fantastic with my puppy as well as the other dogs in the class. I watched a big dog go from barking and lunging on day one to focusing and behaving by the end of class. I highly recommend the class and her as a trainer."
