"I called the store 10 times and nobody picked up. On 3 occasion they did pick up and hung it up. I just wanted to ask if they had a item. Its just ridiculous how they didn’t pick up the phone. Even if they would of put me on hold for a few minutes that would have been ok."

"For the most part this is a good place to pick up items when your in a rush. The young man that cashier's at night is always helpful and very polite. My only problem is the prices that are posted on the shelf never ring in the same at the register. They are always higher. When you ask about it you get an attitude and your told the register is always right. If the price difference is a few cents that's one thing, when it's a few dollars it's another. You shouldn't be made to feel any sort of way when your buying something at an advertised price than when you get to the register it's $3 more. I did eventually get it for the advertised price but not without an issue. This happens all the time. As a frequent consumer I would like to pay the price that is posted on the shelf without any disrespect. Please watch your prices in these stores, consumers are protected in Ma from false advertising."

"Great store. We go frequently because they have everything we buy. Because they have everything in their stores, it's as we have a big box store's inventory without the "big box store 'feel' or walking distance once inside the store. Short lines and great helpful customer service is what keeps our family repeating business at The Dollar General. Richard greets us everytime we come in and respects us as family."
