"I have been a patient since 2006 along with my three now adult children and Dr Ahn and his long time assistant Laurie have provided us the absolute best quality dental care possible. They are so very conservative about recommending procedures. They need to be absolutely necessary and in the best interest of the patient, not the best interest of their bottom line. "I totally agree that they are frauds/scammers! In early 2022, they made an accounting/billing mistake by charging me twice for the same screening/cleaning service by claiming that I have done exactly the same thing at two different locations on the same day. I called my insurance company and got clarification of everything and then contacted Icon Dental, asking them to correct their mistake. The receptionist told me they've figured out what's going on and I don't owe anything. That was in mid-2022. I thought everything was settled. Today, a year and half later, however, I received a statement from them showing the incorrect balance, plus $100 finance charge and $50 late fee! And a threatening note: "balance is over 10 months. A payment must be made before December 30th to avoid additional late fees & collections" All they do is to exploit their patients for their own accounting/billing mistake. If I could give a 0 star, I would! I'm not going to pay a penny for their mistake and I'll do everything at any cost to protect my own rights."

"Over priced $140 for cleaning and exam by dentist. Less customer service. Not returning again after 15 years going there. They dopped Medicaid reimbursement. There's better and cheaper out there now"

"Terrible customer service. Hung up on me mid-phone call multiple times. Unhelpful in the claim process with my insurance. Rude staff. One employee told me specifically she treats customers terribly on calls so they don’t call back. Absolutely horrible experience and I’m never going back."
