Domino's Pizza

"Not the first time I got the wrong pizza. Called the store and was put on hold for such a long time. I was told I could keep the wrong pizza and get a credit or drive back to get a new one. I didn’t want the wrong pizza as I did not like the toppings. So I drove back. Great deals but check your pizza before you leave the store."

"I asked to have my pizza delivered to near by school. Delivery was over 30 mins late, when it ordered about 5 hours prior, and then they did not have the correct cell phone to call when they went to the location and did not know where to go. Be careful about this location! it was a mess!"

"Domino's need good workers, Workers that care about the job. My wife ordered online and supposedly the driver called and never did also he went to the wrong address,The food was cold and we never had this problem never,,So he didn't deserve no tip.."

"We ordered garlic knots with the marinara cheese dip and the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread. They were both good. HOWEVER, a little freaked out about our delivery driver. First of all, he called me to say he was on his way which is weird and he was talking as if he was in a commercial saying he was my delivery hero. He also was asking for directions. Plus he said how do you want to do this? Are you coming to the door or....like what? I just said I'll watch for the car. Then he called back again saying he apologizes, he went to the wrong address and that I can call him names if I want. When he pulled up he was making grunting noises flashing a light. My bf went to the door and when he handed him the food he said good luck, have fun. What do you mean Good luck? The whole thing was just weird! It may not sound strange as you read this but if you were here, it was a different. Just very strange."

"I GOT THE WRONG PIZZA BUT... I ordered a specialty pizza online, when I picked it up it was just a plain cheese pizza. The pizza was ready for pickup within 15min which was awesome, the girl at the register was very polite when I was in the store but I'd already driven home. I called the store to let them know someone's going to be missing their cheese pizza, the manager resolved the issue within a few minutes. Again he was very polite and professional. I'm good with the cheese pizza I have, it's delicious and I have a credit. Great customer service, I'll be coming back for that pizza!"
