"I've had three appointments at this dental clinic and while the teeth cleaning services were quite good, their business model not so much. First, they charged me for a filling that I didn't have done. I called them several times to take that from my profile and they only did it after I called my insurance company and reported it as fraud. I then didn't go my next appointment due to a death in the family and I was out of the country during that week. I called them back to reschedule and nothing was said about a no-show fee. I had another cleaning done and declined the annual x rays that would cost me $50.00. Coincidentally enough they are now charging me for a $50.00 no-show fee. I would never go back there."

"Two crowns I had from her, it took 4 and 6 months to switch from temp to perm crown on each tooth and end up getting implant done elsewhere. They solicit you to participate in a review by email for every single office visit to boost up the rating. She has two offices and lots of appointments and she neglects."

Our family all feel that her technique is far above many dentists in Boston. Her advice and instructions such as what and how she would treat your teeth is very specific and thorough. When my teeth had an emergency, she squeezed me during her lunch hour. I also want to mention the proficiency and sincere attitude in her front desk and office support.They will keep calling me back when there is an opening to be sure you are taken care of. I would have sought dentist care much younger if most my old dentists were like Dr. Becky, She is most competent and professional, I’m very glad that Dr. Becky is my son’s dentist and we plan to bring our grandson to visit her. I am very relieved that I’ve found an Excellent dentist. I’d highly recommend Dr. Becky to anyone."
