Domino's Pizza

"I order from this branch frequently due to the fact that it’s closer to my address (although I prefer the North Main branch). We always order carryout. This was the second time or so that the person making our order was Willametta or Willa something. We tend to order hand tossed every single time with toppings of our choosing and as y’all know crust is suppose to be a Garlic-seasoned crust with a rich, buttery taste. Nope our pizza crust never is when it’s made by her! It’s one of the main reasons why my son loves domino’s pizza and when it’s not seasoned with the garlic and butter he won’t eat it and it honestly just ruins my appetite!!!! Think I’ll just go back to ordering from the Domino’s on North Main!!!"

"If I could give it 0 starts i would……. I Ordered online at 7:30pm, someone named “Nico” began the quality check at 7:43pm. My status stayed that way for an HOUR. Still no pizza. I called the store, asked if my pizza was on the way, considering I had ordered it well over an hour ago. The man on the phone had apologized quickly, put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back on the line to say “It’s being delivered now, it should be there in a few minutes. He’ll call when he’s nearby.” And HUNG UP. So I waited another 30 minutes before calling again, and was told that the best he can do for me is give me a refund and not deliver my pizza. I expressed how unacceptable that was, and that I would go pick it up. When I arrived at the store, I was told that my order had been CANCELLED and they could not find my food…… I did receive my refund, but I will NEVER be ordering from this location ever again!!!!!!!"

"I had ordered the loaded tots cheddar bacon and got this, not sure what happened. I was really excited to try this not happy with this one, I got the loaded Philly cheesesteak it was amazing, you can tell the big difference. Order number #132"
