Jasani at the front desk handled a ton of reservations checking in, walk ins inquiring about room availability, as well as a non stop phone with amazing professionalism. Went above and beyond in a stressful situation. True asset to the Marriott/Bonvoy corporation."

"I stayed 4 nights in November. I called the office on Saturday night because the hallway reeked of marijuana, despite the smoke free policy. I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I have called the manager several times and have been promised points added to my bonvoy rewards. 4 weeks and several calls later and still no points. Be aware there is a $7 per day parking charge."

"The staff was great! The room was solid, not fancy or plush, but nice. The work area was really nice, which is what I needed to get work done. A couple of restaurants nearby, and easily drivable to a couple small towns. Would stay here again with no problem."

"Hotel was in a quiet area, surrounded by a few office complexes but no noise was heard from the highway or outside area. Disappointed to pay $7 a day for parking when there’s no reason to. It’s not a place or area that people not staying there would park and take up all the spaces. The office complex next-door and across the street had ample parking that we could park there for free. Internet/Wi-Fi was slow and poor. The old wall Thermostat in the room was difficult to get a good temperature for the inside of the room for sleeping. It was either too hot and stuffy or too cold. Cold out couch bed was lumpy/springy and could not get a good nights sleep on."

"I had two consecutive reservations. And after speaking with 4 people they couldn't figure out how to merge them. I still had to check out and check in again. One day they forgot to clean the room. I asked 3 times for a water kettle to make tea and they forgot all 3 times. The Internet connection was the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. Dropping constantly. Very far from what I would expect for $250 a night. I stayed here for a conference but won't stay again."
