"Best steak and cheese in town, been going here for years and it keeps me coming back. Don’t really understand everyone’s comments on rudeness, most times that I go inside, I have a friendly conversation that ends in them offering me a 2-liter soda on the house. Maybe customers should be more friendly too. Keep it up house."

"I don't post alot of reviews, but we order here so frequently I feel compelled to. My family and friends like this place. Their food is good, consistent, and the portions are good. Their salads are especially good, as is their chicken salad. The delivery times are fast, and their app for ordering works well and allows you to be very detailed with your order (which they actually follow the details, something many places don't!). So thanks MHOP - we will continue to give you business and I hope others read this and do too!"

"Don't come here if you like customer service. Long hold times over the phone with rude employees and long wait times after scheduled pick-up is the norm. Not discouraged by this due to their great pizzas, price, and popularity. However, dealing with inept young people with very poor customer service skills gets old pretty quickly. After repeated order mistakes and delays with no sympathy or remorse, it's time for me to order elsewhere where good manners and professionalism are valued."

"Had a slice and had a hard time finishing it as it tasted nothing like pizza. It was a solid layer of cheese which had separated from the crust. The crust tasted odd and couldn’t taste any other flavor but the solid layer of cheese. Being raised in Queens am used to good NY pizza. I’ll keep searching for pizza thats comes close to NY pies."
