"They don’t know how to properly set fillings. I have been a patient here since 2021. In that time, I have had 3 out of the 3 fillings done by Dr. Suranyi fall out… in fact, the replacement filling he did fell out too! Additionally, they tried to charge me to fix their mistake. I will not be returning. EDIT: I added a star because the office kindly followed up with me after this review and went over each incident with me, which I do appreciate. I was made aware that 1 out of the 3 fillings was actually done by Dr. Ashley and the replacement and second filling that fell out was done by Dr. Suranyi. It was also brought to my attention I had my dates wrong. To update: the longest lasting filling I received from Dental Arts of Salem was around 3 years and the shortest was 9 months. I was asked if I wanted it fixed again but was also told that they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't charge me to fix it. This has solidified my decision to switch to another office."
