She was very sweet I am usually very anxious at the dentist, however she honestly made all the difference Only complaint I have is the the front office folks may need additional training. Both times at check out the same young lady told me she had to check my insurance and said she will call me in the morning to schedule a filling. Neither time did I get a call. I waited 2-3 days and ended up calling myself. She was "still working on it I have Delta dental, it shouldn't take almost a week to get whatever information was needed. She was pleasant enough but I think some more training would set her up to succeed"
