"I had an excellent cleaning with Molly and the dentist was very helpful in evaluating a problem I’ve been having. I’ve been very happy with all the employees from the people at the desk to the hygienists to the dentists. Also, I am adding later, that Dr. Liz was absolutely wonderful in supporting me in many ways to ease my fears about getting a crown. She and Rosa listened to my concerns and then did everything they could to make it comfortable for me. And it worked!"

"I had a final crown put in a few months ago. The tooth came out nicely, after a number of adjustments. Dr. Liz was pleasant, as usual, which put me at ease. The only concern I had was that her assistant tried 5-6 times to get an x-ray of the tooth. It should only take 1 or 2 tries, at most. I worry about getting a lot of X-ray shots, which are not good for the body. This issue needs to be corrected. I had another crown put on my top back tooth by Dr. Pike yesterday. Dr. Pike is pleasant, professional, and efficient. She got the tooth adjusted just right, my bite is perfect. High quality job, thank you Dr. Pike. The staff who assisted Dr. Pike for the crown base appointment, and then the final crown appointment, were ok, but not as proficient as I would have like."

"This practice has tremendously changed since Dr. Ficalora retired and not in a good way. They had a great team of hygienists until last year. The new hygienists are heavy handed and do not do a good job cleaning teeth. After my last cleaning, I flossed in the car and I could feel there were leftover in between my teeth. The coffee stain were still there. I used to be happy leaving my cleaning appointments because my teeth would feel very smooth and looked great. Dr. Liz is always in a hurry and doesn't address all my concerns. If you are looking for a dental office, this is not it. It's all a show. They reward people with gift cards to leave positive reviews."

They had a low-dose X-ray system that did not require the technician to hide behind a shield. My dental cleaning was very gentle and painless.
