"If I could give no stars, I would. I had an appointment at 11am on a Saturday morning. I also received a text message reminding me of my appointment. But when I got there, the office was closed. Extremely unprofessional. I understand that there might have been an emergency or some reason for the office to be closed but at least let me know that the office would be closed."

"I had a great experience today! Everyone here worked to make sure that I was well taken care of and when an issue arrived with scheduling, the team at the front desks was able to help me greatly. I would especially like to shout praises for Zangs work and professionalism. She was key in making my experience great. Zang talked me though the whole process and explained everything. "Cheyenne (hope I'm not misspelling here) helped me to make the appointment I needed and she was a pure delight to hear and interact with over the phone! The staff is kind, Dr Kim is thoughtful and kindly advises for the proper treatment to take care of your teeth without being overly pushy unlike other places. My hygienist was very sweet, thorough yet gentle handed to ensure the cleaning and she was very mindful of my concerns or reactions during the cleaning process (I have trouble with the vibrations caused by the tools over the teeth). I'll see the team in 6 months and wish them to take care!"
