"I came into Dr. Attar's office a broken woman; literally. My face and mouth were pretty beat up from a terrible fall I had taken in my own driveway back in November of 2013. I couldn't open my mouth, and had a front tooth hanging by a thread after putting itself through my top lip when my face inconveniently collided with a wall.
