"Update: the response from the owner proves my point. I was given a folder AND EXPLANATION of my benefits and costs related to your office from YOUR secretary at YOUR office, I did NOT ask anyone to call. Had a perfectly nice convo with the woman who answered the phone and a miserable one with David. I am perfectly aware of my plan and was given conflicting information from your place. Again, the anger and ridiculous response definitely validates this isn’t where I would want to go which sucks because I had a wonderful experience during my consult. Yikes! I wouldn’t never go there again. Spent over 200 for the visit, was told it wouldn’t be covered and I expected that but they would send the information to my insurance to see if a portion. My insurance said it was never sent so when I followed up, they said they called… then I was given a whole folder with costs and breakdowns from my insurance to be told it nothing was going to be covered. It became a confusing mess and when I said can you cancel my appointments, someone named David said not to be nasty to him, … for no longer wanting to be seen there??? Weirdo and not worth going back. I’ll just go where I was going, wanted to give them a try after my consult but not worth the aggravation and conflicting information as I was refered from my general dentist."

"Just started going here and they were very nice! They also let me know that my x-rays weren’t fully completed by my old dentist even though they charged me for it, then redid them. I appreciated that they gave me this knowledge a lot. They are very informative and trustworthy and I look forward to continuing as a patient here!"

"Dr. Lena Karkalas and her staff are friendly and accommodating. A couple of weeks before my niece’s wedding, the crown on one of my visible teeth broke. My previous dentist couldn’t help me before the wedding, but Dr. K was able to see me and fix the crown in enough time for the wedding. Subsequently, I switched to Dr. K from the other dentist and have never regretted that decision."

"Dr. Karkalas was great. We were headed off to a wedding and I broke a tooth. It was unsightly at best! The office worked my in within half an hour, fixed the tooth with a temporary crown, and facilitated getting an appointment for a permanent crown with my usual dentist. The temporary crown was very well done and. has lasted many weeks. I completely recommend this office."
