"AWFUL!!! Recently received a bill in April of 2023 (at my mother's home, I've lived in TX for 8+ years now) for a service performed in 2014 for $47. The services were paid for at the time with no balance due. There were zero previous attempts over the past 9 years to contact me (I've had the same phone number for literally 20 years now) or inform of any outstanding balances and claimed to have been sending bills to my mother's home, which is false. In an attempt to solve the problem thinking it was an error, she called and they gladly took her $47 while laughing about it being from 2014. Beware, they may come after you a decade later claiming you owe money! Must really be hurting for that $47."
