"They towed My vehicle away for no legal reason and I currently have a small claims court case against them. They didn't show up to court. No respect for the law!!!?? The Swansea police also didn't charge them for the illegal tow!!!"

"Cozy, home like , comforters are not stiff like other hotels , there like the kind at like when your home and a lot of variety for tv channels I like staying here"

"Stayed there. If I could give it zero stars I would. Front desk rep. Was rude. Sexist. Terrible. Highway robbery. Room had bugs. Rotten food in the microwave and fridge. Dog ended up with fleas. Had to pay to get them flea dipped. Dirty room. I called the front desk and tried to tell him what was going on and he acted like he couldn’t hear me then hung up. Can I repeat that I called the front desk!! I called the front desk for the rep. to fix my concerns!! And he acted like he couldn’t hear me and then hung up!! There was no accommodations given. Expensive and not worth it. Never ever ever ever staying at a rodeway inn, or a choice hotel again! I brought this to the general managers (carla Vincente) and choice hotels attention and she pretty much justified the terrible service. Never giving these people my money again. I’ll pay those prices at a place that deserves those prices. Highly suggest this to anyone staying in the area. Don’t stay here!!! It’s the worst!!"

"Very reasonable price, close to highway, small parking lot, on the outside, not impressed, but the room was very surprising. Very clean room, large with a couch, microwave and fridge. Heater worked very well. Plenty of hot water, took a little while for it though. Lady at the front desk, very nice and helpful. Will stay there again next year"
