"The location is great. Room was not great. The bed was way tok firm and uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy, blinds in the windows didn't block sunlight or streetlights, but thenworst part is how loud it was. I couldn't sleep at all. You can hear everything all the time. I would not come back."

"Absolutely looking to screw you out of money. I asked for 2 days in October. Prices jacked up to over $500 for a normal room, per night with no cancellation option. Just want to take advantage of families trying to see their kids at college."

"We arrived during the most extreme weather conditions and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful to assure our arrival was as easy as possible! The room was spotless and everything worked perfectly and the shower may be one of the best I ever experienced. A wonderful view of the harbor and steps away from several excellent restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shop and bike rentals. Can't wait to return!"

"I would have given it five stars if it hadn’t been for the parking lot being a block away - it’s not a big deal unless it’s raining. The location is perfect. Right on the board walk. The rooms are great - very clean and have great natural lighting - but some of the rooms have a terrible views, while others give you a view of the bay. The other reasons I took a point off were (a) there are no microwaves in the room and (b) the cable TV and WiFi were shoddy at best. Ended up using my phone as a hotspot and watching a movie on my laptop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as possible."

"I was here in September of 2022. The hotel is beautiful. The hotel cafe was fantastic and the employees provided excellent customer service. I am giving the inn a 2 as the beds were horrible. They were so firm and hard, they were so uncomfortable. I had to take so much medicine to make myself passout for the night before my wedding. My bridesmaids felt the same way. I was sad to see such a lovely establishment have such poorly provided beds and I only hope they do better for the future."
