"GREAT STAFF!! GREAT DENTISTS!! Terrible business. I've been a patient for 18 years and you won't find better dentists & hygienists. During that time we've had our dental insurance provider dropped by the practice twice. The first time, they forgot to tell us, but it wasn't a big deal. I paid out of pocket for one visit. I was able to change my insurance to one they accepted. The second time, this past year, they NEVER told us yet treated my husband twice and me once without telling us. We were not billed until the second time my husband went in and had a balance for the previous visit (a previously 100% covered check up). Technically, they still accept and bill our old plan, but they are now out of network. We are not eligible for the one plan they now accept and have left the practice. I am deeply saddened and disappointed in how the practice handled these changes."
