"The hygienist paid more attention to the news on the TV on the wall instead of cleaning my teeth. Maybe that's why she pulled out one of my fillings out. It took 2 appointments to clean my teeth because they took the wrong person initially who didn't have an appointment (but did have the same first name as I do), so they only had 45 mins for me. I had to come back a second time to finish cleaning which took just 10-15 mins (that's when they pulled my filling out), and they had the audacity to charge my insurance fully for two complete cleanings. They repaired the filling which still doesn't feel right a year later, and charged my insurance of course for the new filling, but would not waive my copay for their error. My original dentist I had for 30yrs recently retired, so that's why I chose LaBore. The 3 visits above were the only visits I had, and I refused to ever return and telling their office: 'I don't like the way you do business.'"
