"Had my routine cleaning/dental exam on Fri 2/2/24. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My hygienist was awesome!! Knowledgeable, patient and made me comfortable with every step. BTW I have anxiety about dental treatment caused by negative experiences in the past."
"The receptionists are amazing.. the actual dentist? Not so much. I went in here with tooth pain a few months back(i knew exactly which tooth was giving me problems) but the dentist insisted it was fine & nothing was wrong. Fast forward to now, I went to a new dentist & sadly I couldn’t even get a root canal in the tooth because it was way passed that point. I had to take the tooth out completely. I was super upset with gentle dental for that & I’ll never go there again."
"I went to my appointment on December 8, 2023 only to find out they are requiring patients to fill out paperwork (nothing very important) in an "app" from your phone. They won't do it there for you, you must do it prior to the appointment. So I started to fill out the questions but the "app" or whatever you call it did not let me go to the next screen. If they are forcing patients to fill out the paperwork prior to the visit at least make sure that it works properly. I wonder how are they going to treat elder people who don't know how to do these things online. Are they trying to eliminate people at the office by having the patients do their job? People at the front desk should use some courtesy skills as well. I had to give out at least one star but it was not my choice, I will give them 0"
"Incompetent receptionsts today. Did not make sure my schedule was accurately booked. Did not make sure patients were aware there is a new system and patients need to fill out and complete forms in order to be seen ON TIME. I was 7 mins early to check in. NO ONE from among the three receptionists told me or reminded me that “there is a new system in place and I have to complete tons of forms”. I’ve been going to this dental office for 3 years. NO ONE told me that I was booked incorrectly. I did not receive any prior info about this in email or text. I only received texts and voicemails to confirm my appointment which I did. I was confident nothing was wrong. I SAT AT RECEIVING AREA FOR 20 mins and NO ONE is telling or even asking to help me with anything. Until I got bored and realized I’ve been waiting TOO LONG. I overheard from another patient who was filling out forms and mentioned he’s done and if he is all set. So I went to ask the receptionists and asked if I have to do the same. I was told I have to because of a new systemp in place, even if I am an old patient. Of course it happens on the day I dont have my dental card. The concern is why did they not tell me prior so I could be prepared. So when I told (no email nor text) I was not informed beforehand, they also told me I was incorrectly booked. So they had me sitting there for nothing. Then when I started questioning their incompetencies, they told me I can be seen as long as I fill out the medical forms which I could but I was already mad. There is no way I’d go through with the appointment. Add another incompetency - one receptionist told me that she made phone calls at 9am today to those who were booked wrong. Well, I am not one of the many lucky employees who can just whip their personal phones out while at work. I worked straight 6hrs today, no lunch break so I can be at my appointment. Then turned out just a waste of time. We’ve experienced quite many errors from them through the years. Today was the limit. If only I could put NO STAR. VERY POOR FRONT DESK SERVICE."
"Very professional. They understood my situation and took everything I had to say very seriously. They told me that they could try and save the tooth but why even put me through that when the outcome will still be the same in 6 months which would be to extract the tooth. I appreciate their honesty and again I cannot stress enough they understood my anxiety with dentists and they handled me with kid gloves. I would definitely recommend this office it was clean and inviting."
