"I visited this dentist twice, and both times I experienced significant delays and unprofessional behavior from the staff. On Wednesday, I received a confirmation call for my appointment scheduled for Friday. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment was actually for the following week. The staff failed to mention this during the confirmation call and instead assured me that the dentist would see me that day. I waited for an hour and a half, only to be told by the dentist that they required a letter that I was never informed about bringing to the appointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this dentist at all"

"I make my appointment early because I typically wait a very long time. Staff showed up ten minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I still had to wait another 20 minutes before I was seen. Sometimes i go in the room and another patient's information is still up on display with name and everything. When I call to schedule my appointments there's a huge language barrier, they are very rude. When they call to confirm my appointments they do so in spanish. Only coming here until I find somewhere better."

"Very pleased with the care I received from Dr.Werba. The dentist was fantastic no pain at at all. DR. Werba is always friendly and makes sure you feel very comfortable. The office staff makes sure everything is ok and most all of they have very early morning hours."
