It took over an hour for my daughter to be seen for a simple cleaning. I wasn’t the only frustrated one in the waiting room either. This place has gone steadily downhill since Alpha Dental took over."

"I was a dental supervisor for 20 years and this office knows their stuff. I was impressed with the staff how the customers came in and out in a timely manner. I have been going to the same dentist since I was 11 and now 64 and my husband had an emergency. They took him there right away and showed empathy. I sat there for 2 hours while they worked on him and asked other patients how they felt about them. They were all pleased. My dentist is now ill and leaving the field and I have found a new home with them. We are now their patients. I thank you again for taking care of my husband and he is doing well. He had a swolen face so I knew there was an infection. Empathy for a person goes a long way in my book and having a great staff is a plus."

"Dentists are exceptional, however clerical and billing manager/s lack customer service. They over-bill co-payments and do not follow thru on promises made to their patients. I have contacted the AG Office regarding fraudulent billing practices. Word of advise - ask to be billed once EOB's are obtained via Delta Dental."
