She did an excellent job. She is also friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dentist office to others."

Everyone from the front office to the doctor were very friendly, answered all my questions, and more My dental hygienist as well, was very friendly and thorough! The practice has up-to-date equipment as well as the use of x-rays and photography with a PowerPoint demonstration, explaining in detail the findings seen from the images I feel a great caring team of this department is unique compared to my past experiences at other facilities"

"This practice and office were outstanding and had great patient service when Dr. Delli Colli and his sister Susan ran it. However, I can't say the same about the service with the current owner and team. I had a dental emergency occur around midday yesterday, and, as a patient, expected that I would get a quick response when I contacted them about coming in. I left a message with the office line and emergency line and still hadn't heard from them by this morning. The office manager finally called at noon while I was out but only tried my office and not my cell and said I had to call her back in 45 minutes because she was going to be gone the rest of the day. She offered no availability for scheduling an appointment. I called again and tried the website live chat, which was not helpful and then ended the chat rather rudely. I called another dentist's office (Dental Associates of Marlborough), which got back to me in 15 minutes and invited me to come right in. I'm not even a patient but they were happy to help me. I will not be going back to Natick Dental Health."

From the moment I stepped into Dr. Cho’s office, I knew I was in the hands of a true professional. Her knowledge and expertise in dentistry are exceptional, One of the things I appreciated most about Dr. Cho is her ability to explain procedures she would be using in a clear and concise manner. She took the time to walk me through each step, making sure I understood what would be done and why. In conclusion, I look forward to my next visits with Dr. Cho.
