"My son had an orthodontist follow up scheduled at check out I have called then 5 times and left voice messages to check when the appointment was typically I receive a reminder this time i never did. I finally wws able to get in touche with someone two days ago that said there was no appointment scheduled. The lady had a horrible attitude at checkout not sure If she intentionally deleted the appointment. I I was assured by the pe re son two days ago that the OM will call me and reschedule the appointment two days have passed and no call back!!!! What kind of patient care is this. I never had such an experience with the other locations.****update I did call today and left another voice message and no one returned my call"

"Recently my son had braces put on at this location. I had Initially written a less than positive review due to errors that were made during billing. I have since spoken to this location about the errors and they have been resolved. Sabrina, the orthodontic manager is very professional and quickly resolved the problems. This is the second time using this Gentle Dental location for braces and I would recommend them to anyone needing same."
