"Again I had another not so good experience. But let me start with the positive: Niki, Dr.Kobakov, and one more lady on his surgical team were very helpful and I appreciate them. However the other receptionists I can’t speak the same for. Come day of my appointment they waited to tell me when I got there that there was an issue with the referral and I was in charge to get it… it was in the system months in advance and there was nothing wrong with it. But what really rub me wrong this day is how the old white receptionist spoke to the person who drove me, he was an African male. She spoke to him as if he was less than her and with attitude but when talking to me she did not. Along with the other lady snapping into our conversation and being rude, to the point where I had to tell her that we were not speaking to her, then she stopped. Then during my recovery I have been in lots of pain that has not settled and I was getting sick left and right so I called to see if I could make an appointment to make sure things are healing okay/no dry sockets and the lady flat out told me I could not and that there is no risk for dry sockets until after day 4…. That is not true information as on my last surgery I had gotten one sooner so not only do I have personal experience of getting one but you can also look the information up. But what really got me is how she denied me a check-up appointment, from my understanding if a client is requesting an appointment it should be book especially if they are complaining of pain and being sick. Over all, I’m glad I was able to meet some kind people but I will not be returning for any other surgery, appointments, nor will I recommend this place."

"Friendly and personable staff, made you feel like you were one of them. The doctor was spectacular, reviewed referrals and Xray. Was very professional and clearly discuss the plan going forward. As a patient who’s nervous about dental appointments. I felt calm and heard. My care was treated delicately with me in mind."
