"I'm not generally a fan of Greek style pizza but I love the cheese on their pizza. I crave it at times. Of the two Greek style places in town, I prefer Pizza Peddler by far. I don't find it too saucy like I do other places. That being said if you like a lot of sauce you might want to ask for extra. Not sure the exact size of the pizza but the largest aren't really that big. And there smalls are, well, small. No medium option. The inside is bright and nothing to write home about but I've never actually eaten there so I can't comment on that experience. Prices seem comparable to every other place in town. The subs are okay but I've only had the steak and cheese."
"Was traveling when I was stricken with hunger. Had a massive craving for pizza Pizza peddler was the closest to me so I went. Ordered having no expectations But I was pleasantly surprised by their pizza. The pizza is great and only took 10 min to make. Very friendly staff. Nice Greek style pizza. Would come back"
"A chicken bacon wrap. My mistake. I should've asked if it is grilled chicken. It's chicken fingers with bacon. I assumed grilled chicken where most places have grilled chicken when it comes to wraps. Threw it out. I spoke to someone and their response was I should've specified grilled. That was my 3rd visit there. Not a fan of their pizza either. Good customer service from the gentleman who is out front on register. Hubby loves steak subs. Meh"
"It's my day off today, instead of having cereal or pancake for breakfast, I decided to take a walk to this pizza place that my coworker was telling me about. It's only 2.5 mins walked from my apartment. Glad I did, I'm so please with the food and service. It's a small family operated business, very nice and friendly people. As the matter of fact, people here in Peterborough seem to be all nice and friendly really. I have not once encountered with any rude person so far. Back to the food, I have sample everything that I ordered today, I love everything, especially pepperoni calzone, it's so tasty even without dipping in the sauce. Chicken wings is so tasty and crunchy just the way I like it. Can be dine inside and outside as well. There's also some snacks and drinks for to be on the road for a traveler. What a great idea of business. Everything just perfect. Definitely will go back."
"Been driving by this place for nearly a decade and decided to finally stop in for lunch today. Might be another decade before I go back. Ordered a turkey bacon sub and an order of fries. The food was incredibly overpriced for the quality. The bread was a basic grocery store sub roll, there were about two and a half slices of turkey on the sandwich, and it was just generally lacking in flavor. The fries were also stale and tasteless (not to mention they cost almost seven dollars a basket). I did not eat more than a couple bites of either, which stinks because that was my "dinner out" splurge for the weekend. The service was worse than the food. While I waited for my order, I heard the gentleman who took my order ask for someone to make it about half a dozen times. After waiting about ten minutes, another customer came in and ordered two sandwiches. While we both waited in the dining room, the employees were audibly complaining about other employees and did not seem happy to be there by any stretch. The guy who came in after me got his order before I got mine, and none of the employees acknowledged it or made eye contact with me so I could ask about my food. I waited about 20 minutes for a $20 turkey sandwich and fries. Not really impressed."
