"CVS is such a great pharmacy! And it is always well stocked with everything I need.. The pharmacy personnel and customer service representatives are always on point as well. Thank you CVS!"
"The pharmacy is usually helpful. I hate it if I have to go to the counter like right now today. I have one item. There is no greeting. I say I would like to put my phone number in. No response. The clerks have now switched on and off twice trying to call in your company for a refund? Then the older women takes over for the second time. She leaves the bag with my one item closer to her on the counter. I reach for the bag and say " Thank You ". No response, I reply - your welcome. After 36 years in retail management I know what good customer service looks like, this store isn't it. I do realize customer service is a thing of the past but I will make more of an effort to go to the Walmart in Ware. The service there is pretty good. The item I just purchased for $16.79 is $11.50. thanks for listening."
"Just had a shockingly bad customer service experience at the Belchertown CVS. I had a confirmed vaccine appointment. Someone from the store even called me earlier and spend quite a bit of time making sure my insurance would pay. But when I arrived at the pharmacy (exactly on time) they very rudely informed my appointment was cancelled because they were short staffed. Every one behind the counter was clearly in a snit about something; making faces and rolling eyes. I get it about being short staffed- everyone is, but why didn't they call to cancel? And no need to be so obnoxious! I didn't make them short staffed! Maybe at least apologize? They said they would reschedule me, but whats to say they won't cancel the next time I show up? I like to support businesses in town, but won't go to that CVS ever again- for anything."
"I have had several issues with this pharmacy over the last 2 years I have lived in this area. I have officially switched to a different pharmacy in the area. I have waited over an hour on hold to speak to a pharmacy staff and then when answered, given the most attitude. I’ve shown up, asked them about a prescription I can see on my account being “in progress” for them to tell me they don’t see it but when I pull it up on my account for them to see, it’s all of sudden showing on their end. I’ve waited at the store for more than 45 minutes to pick up a medication that was ready. They have cancelled a prescription order after 2 weeks for them being out of stock and required me to contact my doctor when this specific medication is required to be in que for 30 days due to out of stock issue before the prescription being considered expired. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service skills and organization with this pharmacy."
"I have lived in this town my whole life. I have had my prescriptions filled here forever. Unfortunately, I will be switching pharmacies. My doctor prescribed 2 medicines for me. They said they would expedite it. I waited 45 minutes and when I finally got a text it was ready I went to ask again. No one called my name. Then they were about to send me out with only half my medication. When I questioned it they said they could only fill it after they talked to the doctor and a message was sent. I’m assuming it was because I am allergic to a similar medication. When I tried explaining to them that I can indeed take this and they have filled it before. I was met with crickets. So, I called my doctor who was busy with patients and said they never received a message. I told them in the nicest way I could muster that I didn’t understand why an antibiotic was being kept from me when they have given it to me from before. The pharmacist finally decides to speak clearly irritated that its her license on the line. I said I do understand that, but why did I wait here for 45 minutes and no one even mentioned it. I could have gone home and come back for both. So now every time they call this in I have to go through this? I am trying to he understand that they want to keep me safe but both the pharmacist and other lady were rude. There was one lady behind the counter. She didn’t ring me up. She was the only one that cared. They are too busy for the amount of staff they have on. It’s almost not their fault. Had the pharmacist, when she flagged it, came over and explained the situation nicely. I would have understood and gone home and come back for both. But to leave me standing there and not even make eye contact with me or talk to me until she was mad. I’m all set. Keep your license. You lost a 35 year long customer."
