"If you read this hotel is dog friendly you better pay attention to the fine print. This hotel advertises things on their website that simply didn’t happen while we were there. For example: they advertised a band on the rooftop bar area, not only no band the whole rooftop was locked up. They advertise free bottled water however they don’t put it in your room you need to ask at the front desk, tackle I know. They also charged 9 dollars more than the item was listed on the menu so pay attention. My parents used to come here when they were alive sadly I don’t think I’ll be back!"
"Rooms are clean and lovely. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be staying again. It's only a quick walk to many good restaurants and things to do. Every meal we had that was prepared at the restaurant was delicious. If we have any suggestion, it would be mattress toppers as the mattress was incredibly stiff. We attended the NEHA Couples Retreat here, and had a wonderful weekend."
"It's a really nice hotel. Good guest service, clean rooms , comfortable beds, and great shower pressure. The amenities are good and the pool is big and a nice hot tub. Very good-looking hotel and amazing staff. I recommend it for families on vacation."
"Rooms were alright, what frustrated me the most was receiving a hidden $45 fee per night. (I’m aware of hotels charging service fee’s I’ve just never paid $45 per night). When asked what the fee’s included, the man at the front desk stated hotel amenities, service fee’s, and the complimentary water… which I guess isn’t complimentary. Also parking for guests is $45 over night, per night. Better off looking for street parking."
"Update- the GM responds with a generic response instead of picking up the phone to address the issues after I left my number at check out and also providing a 1 star rating on the hotel. What happened to the customer service Limited cleaning services limited towels and rooms were dirty. My wife heard mice in the evening time scratching in the walls when sleeping. We left a message at check out with the GM and it’s day two no call back. My family and I travel around the world and stay at 5 star hotels but this hotel has seen better days. I read the review prior to booking but I thought I would give it a chance anyhow. Lobby bathroom had paint peeling and the bathroom looked beat up. Why wouldn’t you just give it a fresh coat of paint. The mice in the walls was definitely the deal breaker for us. We usually stay at the Chandler or Ocean cliff hotel but unfortunately they were booked. I hope the GM calls us to discuss. Oh last thing the sheet rock in the bathroom was crumbling and housekeeping never bothered cleaning up the drywall falling on fall so you know they didn’t clean the room during our stay"
