"Dr Ross is terrible with kids. He shows no patience and when my then 3 year old refused to open his mouth for him, he said the appointment was over and I still owed him for the visit (as if treatment had been done!) He was extremely rude about it, “explaining” to me his assistant needed to be paid, electricity was on etc … I paid the visit in full and never returned. My son was afraid of going to the dentist for years after this."

"I had a crown placed by Dr. Ross. I was quite distressed by the coloration and also gum bleeding and soreness in the area. When I returned to see Dr. Ross for inquiry, he repeatedly stated "I did nothing wrong". He refused to look at the color of the crown in direct sunlight and seemed to do nothing to investigate the localized gingivitis. He did offer to remake the crown for his lab fees which he stated would be $650. I subsequently learned from an individual that does extensive crown and bridge work in the Keene area that the average lab price for crown was about $210. I also learned from other dental practitioners that standard care was to redo the crown at no expense to the patient as standard operating procedure and the cost of doing business. I subsequently went to another dentist who discovered my gingivitis was a result of dental cement which had become embedded under the gum line during the original procedure. The rather large particle of cement was removed during a painful procedure performed by my new dentist. I still have a crown on a front tooth that is shades different from the surrounding teeth."
