"Did not have the chance to fully experience dental services at this office. Unfortunately, it was necessary to endure from arrival through consultation the sneers of staff and the dentist himself who lack both dental and service training that is considerate of patients of color. The entire visit was full of racist bullying and hurtful side comments including, but certainly not limiting to, the assumption of painkiller addiction and the racist misconception that Black people have high pain tolerance. At the end of visit, the lady at the front desk tried to charge 6x the appropriate price. If you are a patient of color, I advise you to consider these ideologies practiced here before scheduling. Will be taking this complaint up higher."

"Fantastic team, highly professional care, attentive, excellent consultation, welcoming atmosphere! I saw Dr. Castenson who patiently spent almost 4-hours and did as much as he could to fix some of my long-neglected dental issues. Dr. Ivancev also stopped by and gave advice for future care. The assistants were accommodating, efficient and friendly. The team was very alert to my financial constraints and made great suggestions on how to manage my budget and insurance plan. Unfortunately, I am leaving the area but if I got a chance to come back, I would happily return to Amity St Dental!"
