"Constantly under staffed. Cancelled appointments are the norm. Do not answer the phones. Do not return phone calls. High turnover of office staff. Medical and dental professionals do not stay long term. It is sad to see such an important Hilltown service failing."

I was to be referred for an MRI over a month ago and still haven't heard back, they consistently forget to send or lose entirely my referrals, and when they do successfully get me into a place they send the wrong information because they're not even listening to me. If you value your health, you're better off traveling somewhere else."
